Our flight to Vancouver was on time. Most of us slept, but a few people watched movies for the entire eight hours. Vancouver is very cool. Only 21 degrees when we landed. Next we took a bus and ferry to Victoria. The ferry ride was cold and windy. Finally, we arrived and met our home stay families. We were very nervous, but all of the families had warm smiles and we could relax. Tomorrow we will spend time with our new families. It’s going to be fun.
